Cloudy day. Then sun, now sun showers.

Changeable weather.  Busy harbor.  It's easy to forget that NYC has a very active harbor - passenger, freight, pleasure and fishing boats are not uncommon sights.  I love being on a spit of land in the river, able to observe.
